Two hundred Braves and Squaws, together with their friends, gathered at the Wellesley Country Club on Saturday, April 14, from 4-8 P.M. to enjoy the Second Annual Tea Dance sponsored by the Charles River Dartmouth Club, under the direction of Tea Dance Chairman John Whitman '46 aided principally by Club President William Squier'4O and Treasurer George Pierce '45, and all other directors and their wives.

Tea, for the occasion, was brewed by JackWhitman '46 and poured by Bib Bankart '37 and Phil Rising '29. The ever-popular Guy Stevens orchestra provided the early evening music for dancing. Tables were appropriately decorated for the festive occasion.

Directors' wives gathered on the preceding afternoon at the home of Club President Bill Squier '40 to prepare over one thousand sandwiches for the affair. The attending group were most enthusiastic about the event and were most outspoken regarding the annual continuance.
