The Dartmouth Club of Oregon held an enjoyable outing April 19 at the University Club at Portland. The main feature of the evening was the election of officers for the next year. Our new President is Jack Crowell '52. Vice President is Tom Dewey '53.Campbell Richardson '52 continues as Secretary-Treasurer.

After the formal activities the second feature of the evening, the film "1962 Football Highlights," was shown. It was unanimously agreed that this was one of the finest football teams not only in recent Dartmouth history but certainly in Ivy League history, and both the team and the movie were enthusiastically acclaimed by all, including wives and dates. After suitable refreshment it was decided to hold another such outing when Dartmouth again has an undefeated football team - next year.

Among those in attendance were Mr. and Mrs. Sam Martin '27, Mr. and Mrs. Dudley Sercombe '27, Mr. John Ross '19, Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Luker '53, Mr. and Mrs. Blake Hering '53, Mr. and Mrs. Campbell Richardson '52, Mrs. Walter Lobitz and her son John who will be a freshman next year, Mr. and Mrs. Pete Shank, Tom Dewey '53, Dr. Dougherty and son, and many others.

Our next gathering will be the annual summer picnic at which time we hope to have some pictures.
