"After Desegregation, What?" by Basil O'Connor '12, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Tuskegee Institute, a speech by Mr. O'Connor delivered at the Tuskegee Conference on Disadvantage, October 26, 1963, has been printed in booklet form.

Former Ambassador Ellis O. Briggs '21 is the author of "Case Against a West Point for Diplomats" in the May 3 issue of The New York Times Magazine.
