Notes on alumni, alumni-to-be and undergraduates-to-be: The Alumni Council honored John Faegre '33 at our annual meeting for his service to the College. Our guest was Coach Blackman, whose presence was exploited for more than news of Hanover. Outgoing President Kent Calhoun '52 corralled about 20 local high school football coaches that afternoon and Blackman regaled them with the subtleties of the onside kick and things like that.

Intelligence from our Hanover agent: John Kirklin '67 of Rochester, Minn., earned grade averages of 5.0 in each of his first two terms at the college. Jim Cooper '65, another Rochester man, has been elected next year's hockey captain.

Enrollment season ended with 82 applications filed from Minnesota. Admitted were 28, of whom Chairman Jim Rogers '51 expects about 20 to matriculate.

New club officers are president, Dick McFarland '51 and vice president, Rogers.

Secretary, 4533 Rutledge Avenue Minneapolis 24, Minn.
