The Walkers, Websters and Sally Johnson met March 27 with Frances Seaver in Vero Beach. Fannie and Frances were classmates in Randolph, Vt. They had not met for 70 years. Reminiscences flowed. Sally Johnson is somewhat rested.

The Walkers' grandson, Lt. W. H. Forbes III, a graduate of St. Lawrence University, graduated as a pilot, receiving his silver wings Feb. 8 from Webb A.F.B.

Ike Maynard from Daytona reports on a recent visit to the Walkers in DeLand. "We had a most enjoyable little 'reunion.' "

Matt Bullock was the main speaker at the local observance of World Religion Day January 31, at North Carolina College.

Myron and Marie Witham recently had a wonderful two-day visit with Harry Morse in Santa Barbara, Calif. We are hopeful of more news from Harry when the Withams return to Vermont. Myron was nominated again this year as one of the ten candidates for the National Football Hall of Fame.

Gleanings from letters to Beck and Sally during Holiday Season:

Ada Fellows wrote at Christmas: "Alas, our snow is going fast. I hate to see that for then I can no longer boast of the rugged individualist I am and one has to have something to compensate for living in New England."

Bernice Cummings: "Ned's oldest son, John, a lieutenant in the Marines, is on Viet Nam. Peter received his M.A. from Cornell and is studying at Copenhagen U this year for his doctorate and young Edward is a freshman at Ohio U."

May Perkins sends her thanks for the Traveller and other news items. May is an avid Dartmouth fan. Reads the ALUMNI MAGAZINE from cover to cover. By paying strict attention to her doctor's orders May is guarding her health and getting on very nicely. May recently violated the doctor's orders, has paid the penalty and we are happy to report is much better now.

Sue Norton: "And three cheers for Dartmouth. Enjoy reading the news in the DARTMOUTH MAGAZINE."

Katherine Sewall: "For one of my years am quite well. Grandchildren scattered about everywhere, even one in Spain. Thank you so very much for all your kind attentions."

Anna Uniac, who was too ill to come to our 60th, reports that she is in good health now and quite active. We are glad to get the good news. Anna is another faithful booster for Dartmouth.

May Safford: "Thank you so much for the Newsletter and picture. It is beautifully done and a real inspiration. Any Dartmouth news always seems to bring Henry back more vividly. He loved Dartmouth." May planned to come to our 60th, but was disappointed at the last moment.

Augusta Fletcher: "Would so like to have seen and visited with everyone at the reunion but plane schedules just didn't work out well." Augusta lives at 1009 E. Brow Road, Lookout Mt„ Tenn. (East Brow Road is what the name indicates. A sheer drop of 2000 ft. to the city of Chattanooga and the expanding valley of the Tennessee River. A most wonderful view at all times when not obscured by the overhanging clouds and a most fascinating view when the lights come on in the city and valley in the evening dusk.) Augusta sold her beautiful home to her daughter Helen and husband, the John S. Carrigers, and retains a lovely apartment in the house with her own cuisine. Augusta's son John and family live a few doors down the street with the same view. If you want a sample of true Southern hospitality, drop in unexpectedly on the Fletchers and Carrigers as did the Websters and grandson Stephen one rainy morning last April. We wish space would permit the recounting of the many courtesies extended by both families. We left for Vermont the next morning with unforgettable memories of a most delightful experience.

The Websters have been enjoying a ten-day visit from their granddaughter Pamela and friend Nancy Allen on vacation from nursing training at Mt. Auburn Hospital in Cambridge. Youth is wonderful.
