McGILL HONORS MR. DICKEY

President John Sloan Dickey, recently returned from a trip that took him around the world, was one of six, including Canadian Prime Minister Lester B. Pearson, honored by McGill University at its Spring Convocation on May 28.

Receiving the honorary degree of LL.D. along with Mr. Dickey were Sir Douglas Logan, Principal of the University of London; Montreal Mayor Jean Drapeau, Q.C.; and Prime Minister Pearson. Jean Gascon, one of the leading figures in Canadian theatre, received the D.Litt. degree, and Dr. Gordon N. Patterson, Director of the Institute for Aerospace Studies at the University of Toronto, received the honorary D.Sc.
