The College's Dartmouth Dining Association raised the yearly board rate by $25 for students eating in Thayer and Stell (Tuck School) Halls to cover the added cost of the unlimited seconds policy inaugurated a year ago.
Business Manager Richard W. Olmsted '32 indicated in his remarks about this $25 jump that there was a "real possibility" that a "clear upward trend in food service expense" and an increase in the federal minimum wage could result in another rate adjustment next year.
