With the Big Green Teams

THE SNOW is not yet gone in Hanover, but those who tally are already wrapping up the winter sports season in a bundle of statistics.

These include another championship in skiing, numerous new records in swimming, at least one new record in track, hopes for a better next year in basketball and hockey, and brave smiles in squash and wrestling.

General feeling in Hanover is that the season, in any long-range context, will be one of Dartmouth's forgettables, although individual performances attracted praise and gave hints of future success.
