March was an exciting month for Dartmouth Alumni in Cleveland. The Glee Club gave a most delightful performance at Byron Junior High School on Sunday, March 19, followed by a reception at the Carling Brewery Company for Dartmouth hosts and Glee Club members. The Alumni Association is most appreciative to those members who provided accommodations and hospitality for the Glee Club, and also to Ned Petriquin '5O, Committee Chairman, who was ably assisted by Bob Schmitz '49, Tickets; Don Daniels '5O, Housing; MarcWyse '4B, Publicity; and Bill Griffith '49, Program.
On March 28 President Dickey visited Cleveland to help launch the Dartmouth Alumni Fund Drive for 1967. He spoke at a luncheon held at the Hollenden Hotel for Class Agents and Class Officers.
Do not fail to mark the date, May 15, on your calendar. You will have a rare opportunity to hear Professor John G. Kemeny, one of the foremost mathematicians in the world, speak at the Annual Alumni Banquet to be held at the Sheraton Hotel. Very comprehensive plans are being made now to permit Industry and Educational mediums to benefit from the visit of this renowned educator.
