For those who were unable to attend, we report that the Reunion was a tremendous success. More than 100 '69s turned out to listen to the words of President Kemeny and discuss the circumstances of President Nixon. There was dinner at Thayer on Friday evening, a barbecue lunch at the Bema on Saturday afternoon, and a ghetti dinner at the DOC house on Saturday evening. A cocktail party preceded the DOC dinner and The Distractions and Sound Advice followed it. Drinking was done without shame or limit. People streaked and others made fools of themselves.

In that vein. Rick Willets and Mike Reider played tennis with yours truly. Mike has completed another year teaching math in Philly and has begun a masters program at Penn State. Will is teaching biology in Haverhill, Mass.

The commitment award went to Ken Paul who came all the way from Riverside, Calif.,-and he arrived with female companionship, a New York journalist named Deborah. Ken is a reporter for the Riverside Press-Enterprise covering county affairs. His two years at Oxford did not dull his mind. Bob Houser was up from Boston, where he is an associate with Goodwin, Proctor & Hoar, a venerable beantown law firm. Jim Sutton left the kids (2) with his in-laws while he and the missus relaxed in pastures greener than Newton, Mass. The Suttons are living in Newton while Jim attends Simmons College for a degree in library sciences.

The Tom Weldys made the scene. Tom practices law in a Connecticut firm and has not lost his acidic wit. Paul Tuhus was his usual calm self after graduating from Harvard Business School. Paul will head for Frisco and the Wells Fargo bank. Dan Papp arrived from the South, where he has become an associate professor of political science at Georgia Tech. Dick Jenson checked in on his way back to Boston and a Ph.D. thesis in something mathematical.

Tupper Kinder was there fresh from graduation from Boston College Law School. LyleNyberg related that he is bound for Washington, D.C., and legal work with the Navy. Bill Lind was up from the Capital city, where he works for Senator Robert Taft. Dave Boyle was also noticed along with Jim Gardner and PeteLawrence.

Tom and Betty Lou Parks drove up from Hamilton, Mass., where Tom has struggled mightily to make this year's Alumni Fund drive a success. Retiring Class President Norm Jacobs left his Massachusetts shoe business behind for the sanctity of New Hampshire. Although Jake has passed the proverbial gavel on to BillDonovan, he vows to remain active in class affairs. The Class wants to thank him for his unselfish efforts on its behalf and on behalf of the College.

Others who made it to Hanover included PeteShaeffer, Bill Stableford, Bob Sturges, DavePrentice, Oz Mills, Doug Nichols, and JimBailer. Even our former Dean, Thaddeus Seymour (now President of Wabash College), dropped by.

Special thanks to Pete Zacchilli who as reunion chairman made the affair an obvious success.

Lastly, my apologies for not reporting on the reunion wrestling finals. Was it McGuiness who pinned Boyle?
