I am sorry to have to report that we are losing one of our most loyal and diligent members. Foster Aborn '52, club secretary for many years, is leaving the Mellon Bank and the Pittsburgh area to take up new challenges with the John Hancock Insurance Company in Boston.

On July 25 a dozen of us "hard core" alumni met at the University Club for an informal and quite pleasant going-away party for Foster. On hand for the festivities were President Gus Aberle '55, Vice President Nate Parker Jr. '52, Maury Baruth '45, JimGraig '56, Al Ferguson '41, Tom Gibson '64,Craig Kuhn '42, Bob Messner '60, Dick Patton '51, Ed Wilson '55, and the writer.

Gus Aberle delivered a short speech and presented Foster with a replica of the Went-worth Bowl, suitably inscribed, as a token of our esteem and appreciation of the years of service he rendered to the Dartmouth cause in Pittsburgh.

Thanks again, Foster. Best of luck in your new career and so long.
