Robert B. Graham Jr. '40 joins the College staff on May 1 as Director of the Office of Information Services, a new office which reorganizes all College information activities as the Bicentennial approaches. (See Page 65 for photo.)

Mr. Graham will have broad responsibility for strategic planning in information and for coordinating the publicity efforts of other College elements. He will report directly to President Dickey's office through A. Alexander Fanelli '42, special assistant to the president. William R. Meyer, acting director of the News Service, will assist Mr. Graham in the new Office of Information Services.

Mr. Graham comes to Hanover from Harvard Business School where he has been associate director of public information. In that position, he has had charge of planning and implementing Business School programs since 1964. Previously he was with the ProvidenceJournal and Providence Bulletin as an editorial and feature writer, and he was also staff reporter and feature writer on the Boston Herald before and after World War 11. From 1951 to 1953 he was Press Officer in Vienna for the U.S. Information Agency. In World War II he rose from private to captain in the 20th Armored Division of which he has written a history.
