Hokans Fund

Friends and associates of the late Cory B. Hokans '70, Dartmouth skier from Sunapee, N.H., who was fatally stricken September 23 while training for the Nordic ski squad, have established the Cory B. Hokans Memorial Fund for the college education of his year-old son, Kurt. According to the fund committee, composed of students, wives, administration, and faculty, "This fund is founded on our friendship for Cory and our concern for Kurt, and is our effort to show our feeling for Cory, his wife Nancy, and his son Kurt."

The committee has arranged for the College to administer the fund raised from contributions of students and other friends at Dartmouth and in New England. Checks may be made out to the Cory B. Hokans Memorial Fund and sent to Ski Coaeh Al Merrill, Robinson Hall, Dartmouth College, Hanover, N. H. 03755.
