The news this month originates from the capital of Middle America, Chicago. DaveBoyle supplied most of the information while some was uncovered on a trip I took to the windy city during February.

In a little late news Dave reports that last fall he married Barb Frankum (Mt. Holyoke '70). He's now studying at the Northwestern Graduate School of Business.

Sam Crawford has been seen peddling employee protection plans in the Chicago area in addition to attending business school at night.

Tom Weldy had another kid—a boy, finally. I guess he's been doing other things than just studying at Michigan Law.

Rick Detwiler has returned from Vietnam (safely or not, we can't say for sure, he is reported to be getting married soon).

Dave Lieberman, busy at med school in Chicago, is preparing to move his wife Deane and his microscope to continue his studies in California in the fall.

Jerry and Phyllis Kassels have returned from two years in Mexico and are now living in Chicago. Jerry is in med school there.

That's about it from Chicago. I would appreciate knowing any dirt you may have heard about our classmates in your city. Thanks to Dave Boyle. On a personal note, I find myself engaged to Jeannine LeBlanc (Wheaton '74). We are planning a September wedding.
