The 1920 man who may have set some sort of a record for the number of articles he has had printed about venerable and quaint careers and folk endeavors continues on his victorious career. J. The Upper Ohio Valley Historical Review, August 1973, includes an article on "A Billliant Concourse of Fair Women and Brave Men at the Inaugural Ball and Reception Last Night: The Decorations, the Music and the Feast," discovered in the Wheeling (W. Va.) Intelligencer and submitted by David F. Menard '28.
In the February issue of Telephony, which since 1901 has been the journal of the telephone industry, appears an article by Preston V. Pumphrey '56 entitled "Interconnection: Boon or Bane to Telco's Financial Future?" with the subtitle "The market for telephone equipment will burgeon as interconnect activity picks up speed. . . . With the right approach, telcos can get in on the action."
