August 24 saw a stalwart Dartmouth group gather once again at Old Pueblo Club atop Tucson's tallest building. The air was so clear you could see Road Runners chasing rattle snakes at the foot of Piccacho Peak forty miles away.

John Swenson '32, new club president, brought it all into focus for the Club in declaring our interest in club activities during the year. A planning committee will report next meeting with suggestions.

Sidney Diamond '35 was appointed photographer for the club. Using pen and film Sidney has been doing some great specials for several publications. He started out on a hobby basis and now it's practically a profession.

Saul Deitel '35 and Bill Foster '42 monitored the Road Runner activity at Piccacho Peak while Dr. Bill Trier '44 had some extremely interesting comments about progress on target at the University of Arizona Hospital where he is Chief Administrator.

Chuck Richardson '44 flew in from Dover, Hanover, Chatham and, lots of other places for the meeting. His lovely 17-year-old daughter Holly looked over Hanover this summer with a critical eye. She was just elected senior class president at Dana Hall in Wellesley, Mass.

Jim Mc Common '28 and Bill Lansberg '38 compared notes on several details in and around Hanover. Bill's particular familiarity stems from his position at Baker Library 1951 to 1960.
