The Dartmouth Club of Maine held its monthly luncheon meeting at the Cumberland Club on High Street in Portland November 7. In attendance were Ernest M. White, '05, H. W. Holt '17, Ed Fiske '19, Hoyt Marsden '21, Warren Homer '21, Ingham Baker '21, Joe Smith '28, George Sanborn '28, Christian Born '29, Forest M. Brown '29, Donald Saunders '35, Rey Moulton '35, W. Bradford Chase '36, Herbert Nolan '43, Kingsley Ball '49, Jack Sullivan '66, Alan Thorndike '68, and Jeffery M. Saffer, M.D. '69.

At the request of President Michael Daley'60, commendation was given to Richard Pew'58 and Scott Carlisle '63 for the great job they did arranging for the November party for President Kemeny.

Sadly among the missing was WilliamShapleigh '13. Bill hadn't missed a meeting for years but had to miss this one because he was ill in the Mercy Hospital in Portland. The same goes for Larry Eastman '19 who has been in the hospital but has been released.
