She is now producing a show with all actors more than 70 years old, and falling in love with the villain, saying, "He is out of this world and so evil." (May we remind Mabel that evil is definitely OF this world.) For current activities, she rides ten miles out of town on Fridays to teach French to children whom she describes as very smart. Then she follows with a summary of her bouts with language, thus: "I can read and spell French, Latin, and German, but darned if I can spell English."
