The second gathering of alumni in the Geneva area took place in March at the home of Kenneth A. Kvistad Jr. '63 where Ken and Milli entertained with a feast of pizza washed down with delicious hourgogne. Again there was an enthusiastic response to the invitation from the 29 alumni in the immediate vicinity, but because of travel and prior commitments, only 17 Dartmouth men and wives were able to attend. They were Bruce I. Blackwell "58, Dr. Bertrand P. Bordier S '64M, Robert J. Eckert '65, Alden L. Fiertz '52. Ward D. MacKenzie MDM'67, J. Clark Moore "43. Ronald T. Murphy '55, Bellamy H. Schmidt '69, and Konrad E. Streuli '62.

Stan P. Miner '22 and his wife Catherine, who were visiting their son-in-law Ron Murphy '55, joined the gathering, together with Joel D.Goldfield '76 who is completing a year of study abroad.

The group agreed to establish an Alumni Club in Geneva and to hold regular gatherings at least three times a year, with the next to be a cook-out at the home of Ron Murphy '55 on June 8. J. Clark Moore '43 accepted for the present to serve as secretary with the hope that all alumni living in the vicinity will take an active interest in the gatherings.

A Dartmouth film entitled "Wild Water." produced by the students, added the sportive entertainment for the evening.

More man 1,000 New Canaan area concert-goers heard the Glee Clubs and provideda record contribution to the Fairfield County Scholarship Fund, thanks to the combined efforts of (rear, l) Phil Swaim '59, T. Brock Saxe '62, both New Canaan; Bar,Lombard, 52 New Canaan president; Harry Wallace '34, Greenwich Club; andfront) Stuart Blundell, Dartmouth student, and Ivars Bemberis '64, Ridgefield.
