At the class officers weekend in May, the idea of having our 65th reunion in May (instead of June) 1980 was discussed, and tentative plans were made to implement that idea. Later, however, in conference with the Hanover authorities who plan the reunion activities, it was decided that there are too many benefits accruing from a reunion in June to forego the commencement period. Thus plans are therefore being made to bring back in June as many classmates and widows as possible. So set aside the weekend of June 6, 7, and 8 for the 65th reunion of the class of 1915. Further details will be reaching you soon if you have not already received them.
Your secretary is in receipt of a very nice letter from Donald S. Hamson '56, telling me of several pleasant conversations he has had with Bags Wanamaker. We were sorry to learn that these meetings took place in the Stamford Hospital, where Bags was a patient at the time. Since both men had been involved in hockey, the talk revolved around the experiences the two had had during college days and later. We trust that by the time this goes to print that Bags is no longer in need of hospitalization and is feeling much better.
