Hans C. Wurster has joined Kaukauna Cheese, part of International Multifoods' U.S. consumer products division, as marketing manager and is based in Kaukauna, Wise.

Alfred W. Roberts has assumed the role of vice chairman for strategic services of Arthur Young, the international accounting, tax, and consulting firm. Al joined the New York office in 1961 and was elected to the partnership in 1971. He is chairman of the firm's computer technology steering committee and management committee.

Robert W. Hatch was elected to the board of directors of Interstate Bakeries Corporation. Bob joined the company in May of this year as president and chief executive officer after 20 years in marketing and retailing with General Mills in Minneapolis.
