Record keeping

In the latest edition of the Ivy League Record Book, the Dartmouth name appears twice in conjunction with two men's basketball records. Rudy Larusso '59 still shares honors with Pennsylvania's Bart Leach for pulling down 32 rebounds in a game. And last season, Jim Barton '89 made 18 field goals in one game and tied Princeton's Bill Bradley for the record.

In women's basketball the Big Green fared better. Jayne Daigle 'B6 holds four Ivy scoring records and one rebound record. The Dartmouth team of '80-'81 holds the record for most field goals made in a game (44). The '76-'77 team tied Brown for the most field goals attempted (26).
