Press Secretary for Congresswoman Marjorie Margolis-Mezvinsky

Don't make political enemies with this guy; you may end up in a syndicated cartoon strip. Tapper works for the first Democrat and the first woman ever to be sent to Congress from Pennsylvania's 13th district wealthiest in the state. But Tapper himself is best known among classmates for a cartoon strip in The Dartmouth called "Static Cling." His gloves- off probings of political correctness, The Dartmouth Review, and feminism made him one of the most efficient gatherers of enemies the College had seen in years. Tapper has already sold freelance political illustrations to the L.A. Times, Philadelphia Inquirer, and Washington Post, and is developing a syndicated strip. Says The Inquirers Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist Tony Auth, "His political experience should pay rich dividends in satiric material. He's an extremely talented guy."

Tapper draws onhis Hill savvy.
