THE FINAL NEW YORK Times computer ranking of the nation's Division I-AA football teams found Dartmouth in 11th place, the highest of the Ivies. Rankings are based on victory margins and the quality of the opposition. Princeton, which also finished 8-2 and shared Ivy honors, was computer-ranked at 20. Pennsylvania was 29th, Cornell 34th, Yale 67th, Harvard 71st, etc..
