THE DARTMOUTH women's hockey team (a) won the Ivy championship with a 6-3 victory over Princeton on home ice; (b) had the league's player of the year and top scorer in center Gretchen Ulion '94; (c) had the league's rookie of the year in right wing Sarah Devens '96; and (d) filled three slots in the All-Ivy first team, with Ulion, Devens, and goalie Kim Cohen '94. Meanwhile, (e) the men's hockey team had a comeback year and made it into the first round of the ECAC playoffs, only to lose a 4-3 home-ice heart breaker to Colgate at 7:16 in the second overtime. Men's coach Roger Demment was declared ECAC Coach of the Year.
