'33 ADDENDA: Sam Cunningham touts the Sarasota Dartmouth Club as being the only area college club capable of turning out enough members to hold lunch meetings all year 'round. It is a fan group, Sam says, and he guarantees to reserve a place for any classmates who might be in the area and hungry... .John Rockwell, in his 49th year as an assistant class agent, bustles busily about shepherding in donors for the Alumni Fund. He apologizes that his "forgetory" improves almost daily, but offers no reason why he should be different from the rest of us....Bill and Jan Hitchcock have worked their way north from Naples, stopping at Columbia, S.C., for a granddaughter's wedding, and are now ensconced in Branford. Bill heard the Dartmouth Glee Club in his church during his southern sojourn and thought them "good ambassadors." He doesn't say whether they are still mispronouncing "Lewis" instead of "Louie" in the Whiffenpoof Song. Bill marvels at the news-gathering capacity of our reporting organization in turning up the item we printed recently on his days as a neophyte in the wire business....Copey Smith is receiving congratu- lations for her recent receipt (with her husband) of the Distinguished Community Ser-vice Award of Waterbury's Teiko Post University. The award recognizes the Smith support for many years of public institutions, including the local hospital and museum and the university itself... .Justin Stanley looms up inside the bar of the Supreme Court chamber in June to share in the annual lecture program of the Supreme Court Historical Society, of whose board of trustees he is chairman.
