Frank Kehl '62 receives the old school tie from Chan Hing-tak, vice president dent of the Hong Kong University Alumni Association's New York Chapter. kehl, the head of a New York-based consulting firm, spoke to the chapter about the return of Hong Kong to China. He Had been a research assistant at the university in 1970-71 while directing the film Hungry Asian Studies. Almost a decade earlier, Dartmouth Project Asia had sent him to teach at the rival Chinese University of Hong Kong.
