Once again on the Hanover plain a minireunion was held on the weekend of Dartmouth Night, arranged by Dick Stoiber and President Dick Olmsted. Present were: Art and Dobbie Allen, Mrs. Henry Barber, Joe Boldt and Peg, son Dave and wife, Rhoda Clark, Grey Freeman, Ed Marks and Vera Barad, Terry Nitschelm, Dick and Mary Olmstead, Howdy and Dottie Pierpont, Bob and Helene Reinhardt, Harry Rowe and Brynne Warsaw, Joe and Ruth Roberts, Ed Smith, Dick and Eddie Stoiber, Jay Whitehair with Jack and Dana Armstrong, John Zimmerman.
Friday's dinner at the Inn was pleasantly interrupted by a Dartmouth Night call from Naples with greetings from BoWentworth, Joe Byram, and JackWhitcomb. In the parade some of us marched while a few rode. On Saturday the predicted bad weather held off, allowing the shellacking of Yale to be performed on a windy field with dry spectators. At Friday's meeting we voted to 1) register concern over any charge for wives accompanying husbands at Class Officers Weekend; 2) approve expenditure of about $1,000 for a new 65th Reunion directory; and 3) approve $500 for Athletic Sponsors program, to be reviewed next year before continuing the program.

Retired navy commander WarrenHallamore, administrative personnel officer with navy-Patrol Bombing Squadron 26, Pacific Theater WW II, was honored by the men who served with him. At a recent unit reunion he was given a standing ovation for his "fairness and concern for the welfare of all." Warren was with the unit from May 1944 through the battle of Okinawa and into Tokyo harbor after the war ended.
We spoke with Pauline Modarelli, who is recovering from a broken foot and is otherwise well and looking forward to see everybody at the BIG 65th.
Sadly we report the recent death of another of our fine leaders, MichaelCardozo.
