Center of Attention

As the starting center in 1996 and 1997, Dominic Lanza '98 was a major factor in two of the most successful football teams in Dartmouth history. And while a center's stats seldom match the glorious numbers the fans recount about other positions, Lanza has a number beside his name that no Ivy player in any sport can match this year. Lanza was selected as a GTE First Team Academic All-America. The Phi Beta Kappa government major earned a 3.87 GPA and is ranked 16th in a class of more than 1,000.
