Rabbi Arnold E. Resnicoff '68 (right), command chaplain for U.S. General Wesley Clark, commander in chief of the U.S. European Command, recently, visited Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Malawi, and South Africa to discuss "From Stabilization to Reconciliation: The Role of Chaplains in Peacekeeping Operations." Here he is sharing stories with Major General Fiume Gqiba (left), chaplain general of South Africa, and the Rev. Sabelo Maseko, chief chaplain of Swaziland. Resnicoff oversees U.S. military chaplain operations in 89 nations. He is now at work on religious support for U.S. troops in Kosovo and the establishment of a NATO Chaplain Council.
