Quick update from the naval front: Don Fennessey reports he's back stateside after four years in Paris, teaching in the strategy and pol icy department at the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island, where he and other newly minted ensigns Neale Duffett, Paul Malloy, David Elseroad and I started out 29 years ago. Oldest son is a junior at Naval Academy, oldest daughter started at Georgia Tech, other kids home-schooled. Don plans to retire next year "and get an honest job!"
