Uh-oh, class of 199-2—not good. I have passed my deadline and only two people, two, have bothered to write me with an update. I'm only an e-mail away, people!

I have here an update from Tony Moody, one of our class' esteemed filmmakers. You may remember that he was involved with a movie called Turning Green. His newest project screened three times at the prestigious Tribeca Film Festival, which ran in New York City from April 19 to May 1. The film was called Rock The Paint and, according to Tony, this was the plot: "Rock The Paint is a drama that follows the journey of teenager Josh Sendler, a basketball player from the cornfields of Indiana, as his knowledge of race, prejudice and friendship is tested when he relocates to the tough, urban streets of Newark, New Jersey. He befriends basketball phenomAntwon Jackson, and the two team up to make a run for the high school state championship."

(See what happens when you don't write to me with news? Movie reviews!).

In keeping with the thespian side of our class, I got a late note from Grinnell Morris that I was able to squeeze in at the last minute! Grinnell wrote a selection of one-act plays that he has combined to formal Condor's Quill. The subject matter is varied, according to Grinnell: "It ranges from a man who hunts down someone who has been using his name to open fraudulent accounts (and this person happens to be a drag queen), to a sociopath describing a traumatic childhood event, to a complete farcical comedy in the style of Moliere." (Seriously, you think I could make that up?) It ran in early June at the Howard Fine Theater in Hollywood.

So I guess, beyond that, I could bore you with details that I shared a drink recently with Eric Vratimos and Tom Brodie, two former house mates of mine back in the day. Tom was in Chicago for business, and Eric and I see each other relatively frequently since he is up in Kenil worth. In fact, I had Easter brunch with his family and his parents.

Do you want to hear more? Or would you rather send me news so that you can have people read about you? That's what I'm talking about....
