By the time you read this article, which was written and submitted several weeks prior to our 45th reunion, the event will have taken place and become part of our class history. I hope everyone who attended had a great time, which I'm sure they did. By now planning will have already begun for the "big one," our 50th reunion. To Frank Ginn and his able assistants, especially the reunion giving co-chairs, Gerry Kaminsky and Don O'Neill, the class thanks you.

Our class recently adopted Lewis Crickard, head of Hopkins Center, for his outstanding work and support on behalf of the class of 1961 during ing the past decade, especially with respect to the Class of 1961 Legacy Endowment Fund for the Performing Arts at Hopkins Center. Of course, our related thank you also goes out to Oscar Arsianian and Dave Bimey for their tireless efforts on behalf of the performing arts project, but the class doesn't have to adopt them!

Since absolutely nobody submitted any per- sonal data for me to include in this issues class artical you have forced me to write more about myself. That is your punishment! First, Vic and Patti Rich recently closed on the purchase of a condominium unit on the Intercoastal in Boca Raton, Florida. The closing was more than ably as our legal counsel. Finally, a few weeks ago I was informed that I had been chosen as a recipient of the 2005-2006 Distinguished Service Award by the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. This, the society's highest annual award, was presented to me at the society's annual election meeting and dinner in May at a hotel in New York City. Please send me material for the next news letter

so that you won't be penalized by having to hear about me.
