Hello '99s! The year 2007 is well underway and the cold, sleepy days of winter are finally showing signs of life. It is therefore fitting that we have news to share from classmates whose families have grown.

Jill (Perring) Papsdorf and Josh Papsdorf '98 recently celebrated the arrival of their daughter Reva Delores. Reva was born on September 24, weighing in at 9 pounds, 10 ounces. Jill writes: "Big brother Caleb, 3, adores her and she him. It's great forus because they can almost always make each other smile!" Jill and her family moved from New York to Kansas in July 2005, though she is still working with the National Academy Foundation in New York doing application design and database management. Jill is quite happy with the new arrangements; she writes that she is "one of the lucky ones working from home fulltime with a little travel to New York and a few other places to keep life interesting, just in case two kids aren't enough excitement."

In other news Arrica (Dums) Van Citters reports that Jessica A.A. Smith and Scott McArt '01 were married on May 20, 2006. Arrica writes, "The sun came out just in time for a beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony and reception at the Smith family farmstead in Glen Spey, New York." The newlyweds were surrounded by Dartmouth friends on their big day. Dartmouth alums attending included Arrica Van Citters as maid of honor, Abi Holt as bridesmaid, Adam Sepulveda '02 as best manjustin May '00 as musical performer and Christine (Shaner) Homing and Erik Shoen '02, who were readers during the ceremony. Jessica and Scott celebrated their married life by traveling the world. Following their honeymoon in Hawaii the happy couple flew to Sweden for a second reception to celebrate their vows. They are currently living in Ithaca, New York, where Jess is finishing her degree in veterinary medicine and Scott is beginning a doctoral program in entomology.

Finally, Amy Yamner reports that Jenifer Welsh married James Takata (William and Mary) in abeautiful ceremony on July 7,2006, in Healdsburg, California. The couple glowed on their big day, sharing "extremely touching vows" with each other and "looked incredibly happy all night." Several Dartmouth alums shared in their joy, including Candice Buckley (with now husband Ben Schmitz), Jessica Kelley, Courtney Vanyo Peschel, Jaime Peschel, Elizabeth (Rozumek) Hammock and husband Wells Hammock, Kim (Keith) Berglund '00 and husband Andy Berglund '00, Heather (McNulty) Maher and husband Dave Maher, and Amy Yamner.

That's all the news for now. I hope you all enjoy the spring weather and look forward to sharing your news again soon!
