Bruce Bernstein has been working on ways to help seniors remain in their own homes as long as possible. He wants to introduce TRIAD into his area of the Berkshires. A combination of the local Council on Aging, police, fire, sheriff and perhaps clergy, it sponsors crime prevention programs, provides a forum for seniors and law enforcement and sponsors such services as visits to those living alone.
