Big Picture: Triple Play

You might call it a coach's hat trick. Three former College players, now living large in the NHL on three different teams. All caught on TV at the same time. "It was exciting to watch," says men's hockey coach Bob Gaudet '81 of the weekend in January when, flipping around his NHL TV package, he caught, from left, Tanner Glass '07 (Florida Panthers), Lee Stempniak '05 (St. Louis Blues) and David Jones '08 (Colorado Avalanche) playing in three different games. "It was great to see three guys who played for us. I'm really proud of them and what they've accomplished."
