Daniel Blaisdell Ruggles was married September 14 at the bride's summer home, Biddeford Pool, Me., to Alice McGuffey, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry A. Morrill '60 of Cincinnati. Mr. and Mrs. Ruggles will make their home at 4 Greenough Place, Jamaica Plain, Mass.

George H. Moses, for three years minister to the courts of Greece and Montenegro, has resigned his position and returned to his home in Concord, N. H.

Tames B. Reynolds, formerly assistant secretary of the treasury and since a .member of the Tariff Board, is serving during the present campaign as secretary of the Republican National Committee.
