CLASS OF 1879

Seth N. Gage was appointed January 1 by Governor Fletcher of Vermont, a member of the state Board of Library Commissioners for five years.

Meedy Shields Blish, non-graduate, of the Blish Milling Company, Seymour, Ind., gave an address at the dedication, October 8, of the Farmers' Club Building in Seymour, of which he was one of the donors. The building is erected as a memorial of the late Capt. Meedy W. Shields, grandfather of Mr. Blish.
