DEPARTMENT CHAIRMEN APPOINTED FOR TERM 1921-1923

In accordance with the vote of the faculty on the organization of departments in the faculty, "departmental chairmen shall be appointed by the President from among the Professors and Assistant Professors of the department. His appointment shall be for two years. He may be reappointed but the principle of rotation shall in general apply."
