Dr. Guy G. Fernald, medical director of the Massachusetts Reformatory at Concord, gave an address on "Scientific Recognition of Characterial Organization in the Psychiatry of the Feeble-Minded" at the annual meeting of the American Association for the Study of the Feeble-Minded, held in Boston, May 28 to 31.
