Our well-traveled correspondent and skier Joe Eisaman sent a photo of himself taken at Sun Valley in February. Dottie and Ham Chase were off to Greece on a College-sponsored trip in May. In conjunction with these cruises, Ham, and possibly other travelers, would be interested in knowing ahead of time plans other classmates may have to participate. The thought would be to establish a minor clearing-house within our ranks to communicate travel plans, as well as to determine from the College as early as possible trips to be offered. Ham and Don Barr '46 attended Coed, Fraternity & Sorority Council (CFS) advisory group meetings in Hanover in January and February with two deans, an assistant dean, and a College vice president. Discussion centered on the student life initiative (SLI) report. The objections raised by the fraternity representatives were recognized as valid, with the survival of a CFS system meeting the needs of student body as a goal.

Our presidential intern Kelly Bodio '00, whom those in attendance met last fall at our mini-reunion, has been named as the out standing sorority woman in the Northeast. Congratulations! In addition to her double major, she has been active in the CFS/SLI discussions on campus. Don't forget our fall 2000 mini-reunion scheduled for October 28 at the Norwich Inn. Joe Hayes will have more details.
