The engagement of Willis Duer Thompson, Jr., to Frances, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willard Russell Heath of Concord, N. H., is announced. Thompson is with the Thompson and Hoague Company, wholesale and retail hardware dealers, of Concord.
