Professor Fletcher Harper Swift of the College of Education, University of Minnesota, has accepted an invitation to act as director of a study of public school finance in Minnesota, to be made under the auspices of the Minnesota Education Association. The purpose of this study is to provide a basis for legislation to be recommended to the next legislature.
