Professor Edwin B. Frost of the University of Chicago, director of the Yerkes Observatory at Williams Bay, Wis., is quoted in the press as saying that nothing not already known has been developed during the observations of Mars in its recent approach to our planet.
A card to the Secretary from Judge Leslie P. Snow, sent from Brussels, says: "One of the most interesting buildings to a lawyer which I have seen, elegantly finished and lavishly furnished, is the seat of the International Court of Justice at the Hague."
