Lansing J. Brisbin was married to Martha Russell of Ashland, Ky., June 4. The Brisbins made a motor trip to the Pacific states, and are now superintending the building of the new home in Ashland, where Brissie is in business.

J. H. D. Zuckerman is an apprentice interior decorator in Manhattan. We hope his master is kind, but Dickens' description of apprentice life makes us expect harsh things.

Carter Hoyt is in the merchandise department of Jordan Marsh Company, Boston.

Frank Horan has returned to Harvard Law School.

Clinton Story is the name for the young son of Mr. and Mrs. Clint Jones. He was born August 29, and weighed 8½ pounds.

James A. Hamilton was married to Miss Sabra Martin of Lawrence, Mass., in that city August 25. Jim will teach at Tuck School this year.

Larry Henderson, law student at Michigan University, spent the vacation months in Europe.

F. Vaughn Kristeller and Alice B. Shipman of Brooklyn are engaged.

Win Ranney, of the foreign language department at New York University, (he teaches English) will teach there again this year.

Johnny Johnson has been promoted to a foremanship by his employers, Dennison, Framingham, Mass.

Edward M. Pullen was graduated as M.D. from the medical school of Cornell University June 12.

"Boston's Ellis Island," by Clifford B. Orr, literary columnist and special writer for the Boston Transcript, is included in Joseph Anthony's book, "The Best News Stories of 1924," recently published by Small, Maynard, and Company.

The engagement of Clark B. Bristol and Miss Ruth E. Mally,' both, of Brookline, Mass., was recently announced.

William W. Mountcastle and Miss Grace Zottarelli were married in Cleveland, Ohio,' August 20. They will make their home in Hanover, where Mountcastle is assistant graduate manager of the Dartmouth Dining Association.

William Franklin Gallagher was married at White River Junction, Vt., June 25, to Dorothy Esther, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Pliny James Hamilton. Cassin '22 was best man. Gallagher teaches in Norwich Free Academy, Norwich, Conn.
