Class of 1887

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur came East during the summer, visiting their son in Portland, and extended their trip to Boothbay Harbor, Me.

Mr. and Mrs. Hale took an extended trip through Maine and Canada in August. Rev. C. H. Corwin visited relatives in Vermont and Michigan during the summer.

Charles L. Carpenter of Porto Rico plans to take a long canoe trip through Canada during the fall months.

Frank Ferguson of Cram and Ferguson cruised along the Maine coast during August in his 40 ft. cabin cruiser, the Isabella.

Fred E. Winn while in San Francisco on a trip visited classmate Fordyce P. Cleaves, who is convalescing from a severe surgical operation in the hospital.

Emerson Rice has retired from teaching and has left Hyde Park, Mass. He spent the summer on an island on the Maine coast. His address is West Southport, Me. He received calls from classmates Arthur, Hale, and Ferguson.
