December, 1925

The senior alumni member of the Athletic Council, John C. Wallace '07, presented to the Council a report of the work of that body. 3rd—That the place of inter-collegiate athletics must at all times be subordinate to the intellectual development of the college body. 4th—To so conduct the athletic affairs of the College that the maximum number of students may participate in some branch of athletic development.

The report occasioned considerable discussion and a number of questions with reference to the athletic policy of the Council, schedules, and other matters. Following the discussion it was

Voted: That the report be accepted.
