In Providence on February 21 Coach Stark's yearling quintet suffered its second defeat of the season on its last out-of-town trip. The game was close and reasonably fast. Zanger got five field goals but missed being high scorer since Jacobs of Brown made good four foul shots and caged as many baskets.

On the previous evening in Cambridge, the Crimson plebes had won by one basket in an overtime period.
