L. G. Hodgkins '00 of Worcester, Mass., was elected President of the Athletic Council and Prof. C. A. Proctor was elected Secretary at the annual fall meeting of the Council.

At the same meeting the letter games for this fall were decided. The varsity football "D" games will be Cornell and Brown. The freshman football numeral games will be Exeter. Brown '30, and Princeton '30. The varsity cross country letter meets are Harvard, BrownNew Hampshire, and Cornell. Freshman will gain their cross country numerals in the Harvard meet. The varsity soccer letter games are Harvard, M. I. T., and McGill.

The Advisory Committees for the year were also decided upon. Prof. C. A. Proctor and L. G. Hodgkins '00 will have charged of football, basketball, tennis, and golf.' Prof. Fletcher Low and L. K. Neidlinger '23 are to be in charge of baseball, hockey, swimming, waterpolo, and gym. Prof. R. D. Beetle and N. C. Lenfesty will have charge of track, cross country, soccer, rifle, fencing, and lacrosse.

To win the "D" in football a man must play at least fifteen minutes in either the Brown or the Cornell game. A freshman must play at least fifteen minutes in one of the games designated as numeral games. To win the soccer "A. D. F." a man must play the whole of any one of the games which the Athletic Council has designated as letter games.
