E. W. WELLS '28 BREAKS THOMSON HURDLE RECORDS

At the interclass track meet Nov. 3 E. W. Wells '28 broke two college records, one in the 60-yard high hurdles and one in the 120-yard low hurdles. His time in the former event was 7 7-10 clipping 1-10 of a second from the mark made by E. Thompson '20, Olympic hurdler, and tied by N. D. Bugbee '25. Wells' time in the 120-yard low hurdles was 13 3-10 and the previous record was 14.
